Paranting

March 21, 2019 is National Single Parents Day, and they definitely deserve it. Parenting your children by yourself is no easy task! Raising a family, working to make ends meet, and trying to also take care of your own basic needs can seem nearly impossible.

Wolf & Shore Law Group works with an incredible amount of amazing single parents. They put their children before everything else, and always want what is best for them. Sometimes, that means going to court to finally get the support from their co-parent that the child(ren) are entitled to, or working out a parenting plan to create stability for the child.

Our office helps facilitate custody, child support, and post-judgment modification and contempt issues, along with petitions in the probate court for sole guardianship, and even termination of parental rights.

Today is a day to let others appreciate you, and you should take some time for self-care today. Whether it’s just reading one chapter of the book you’ve been wanting to read, going to get your nails done, or taking one hour to work on whatever home-improvement project you’ve put to the side. Maybe you just want to sit down and watch the game, and that’s fine too.

We know that single parents often feel like some time to themselves is “wrong,” but trust us – it will only make you a happier person, which will in turn make you the best parent to your children that you can be.

If you need help securing support for your children, changing your parenting plan, or even terminating your co-parent’s rights, please do not hesitate to contact us for a confidential consultation. We can be reached here, at 203.745.3151, or at info@wolfandshorelaw.com. You can schedule a call back from our Client Intake Specialist here.
