We Are Hiring

Wolf & Shore Law Group is looking to expand our team! If you are an Attorney, Administrative Assistant or Client Intake specialist interested in family law and juvenile law and looking to make a change, we invite you to reach out to us at any time (we will of course keep your information private). We are seeking professionals with 2-5 years’ experience. Administrative positions will be remote and Attorney positions are remote with the exception of court appearances and/or client meetings and depositions, as necessary. We also have one in person outing each month for the entire firm, as well as frequent virtual meetings to ensure that our team continues to thrive.

We love our team at Wolf & Shore Law Group, and we love the work that we do, but we also recognize life is not all about work. We strive to have a balanced work/life culture to allow ourselves, and our staff, the flexibility we all need in today’s world. Our Core Values

Play nice in the sandbox. Respect everyone and treat others how you want to be treated. This may be the Golden Rule that you learned in kindergarten, but it serves us well in both our professional and personal lives still today.

Do your job. Everyone on our team does her part to keep the well-oiled machine moving. We are a group of professionals that realize there is no “I” in team. While we each value the importance of our individual roles, we also recognize how those roles contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Put the cap back on the toothpaste. This may sound silly, but it illustrates an important point. Everyone on our teams knows how essential it is to fully complete her job. We also refer to this as the “one touch rule” because it ensures that once something is started, it is carried out through completion. This allows us to remain efficient and organized.

Make Momma proud. Do the right things right. Even when no one else is looking. If you are doing something that does not feel right, then you probably should not be doing it. We know that our reputation is everything in the legal community, and that includes how clients see us. We strive to be ethical and forthcoming in everything we do.

Be Critically Correct. Think critically but don’t BE a critic. Have an open mind. It is our job to analyze our clients’ matters and concerns. However, we also listen with an open and empathetic mind so that we can zealously advocate for our clients while also counseling them through this difficult time in their lives.

Good Vibes Only. Be positive even when things seem negative. This one speaks for itself. Our job is hard. Our clients are going through a hard time. We need to shed some light on an often otherwise “dark” situation.

Family First. Your home family and your work family should always be your priorities. Nothing else should ever get in the way of that. Understand that good clients want to join our family. It’s not about client satisfaction, it’s about a reciprocal and loyal relationship.
