It’s beginning to look at lot like winter break! Is your parenting plan ready for the upcoming holidays? It’s okay if it’s not, even the most comprehensive parenting plans with the best co-parent on the other side need to be updated sometimes.

This is a much more common scenario than you think. In many instances, people formulate a parenting plan when children are very young, and then as the children grow up, the family’s needs and schedules change. Sometimes these parenting plans are created before the children are even in school, so the specific needs cannot be anticipated.  Now that it’s time to navigate through sharing parenting time for Thanksgiving and Winter Break, things can get a little tricky and seem quite overwhelming to do on your own right before the holidays.

Luckily, we are here to help! With over twenty years of combined experience, Attorney Kristen Wolf & Attorney Shari-Lynn Cuomo Shore have seen many different holiday schedules, family dynamics and changing concerns. Wolf & Shore Law Group has drafted and negotiated hundreds of parenting plans, each one different in their own unique way.

Even with the toughest co-parent, it is possible to modify a parenting plan if there has either been a substantial change in circumstances, or if it is in the children’s best interest, and we are happy to help you through it.
